Nijmegen is the oldest city in the country. In Roman times a thriving city with an army camp. There are viewing windows with films in four places in the city, which take you to the history of exactly that place in the present. In addition, a replica of Trajan’s Emperor’s Column has been restored to the location where it stood 2,000 years ago.
